2 room apartment of 50m² for 8 people with a balcony North East, on the 1st floor without elevator.
The balcony overlooks the upstream slope.
This apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed 140 and a pull-out sofa for 2 people.
A sleeping area with 2 beds 1 bunk.
A living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people, TV.
A kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, a fridge / freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher.
A bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
Parking at the foot of the residence.

Access to the laundry : washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the residence near the reception room.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
For a stay of 2 weeks, 15% discount on the 2nd week
For a stay of 3 weeks, 30% discount on the 3rd week
Rental of bed linen and towels with paid option of €20 for stays of one week or more.
For a rental per night (2 nights minimum): bed (s) made on arrival, towels available.
Rent a bed and a baby chair at €10 each or €15 both.
A seasonal rental contract for a stay of one week or more is established between the lessor and the tenant.
The deposit of €300 (check not banked) is given on arrival and returned on departure after the inventory
A tourist tax of €0.60 per adult per night will be required.
